Michelle Fox is an accomplished aesthetic professional and educator with over two decades of experience in the aesthetic industry. She began her journey in 2003, receiving her aesthetic training in Wichita, Kansas, and later expanded her expertise with advanced laser certification in Phoenix, Arizona. Training alongside top industry experts and educators ignited her passion for laser technology and education.

In 2011, Michelle founded Skindipity.com, an online platform dedicated to providing aesthetic professionals with advanced training. Her leadership in the field continued as she moved to Bend, Oregon, where she became the lead trainer at the largest med spa in Central Oregon, playing a key role in introducing laser laws to the region.

By 2015, Michelle returned to Phoenix, where she managed a successful medical spa chain with five locations and oversaw training for its staff. Simultaneously, she traveled nationwide, training for some of the top laser companies in the world. Her passion for education led her to evolve Skindipity into SAA Laser Institute in 2020, where she wrote a comprehensive 600-page curriculum that has become the gold standard in laser education. The institute, accredited in Arizona, has since trained over 500 students, including physicians, nurses, and aestheticians across the country.

Michelle’s dedication to empowering professionals through knowledge has made her a respected figure and key opinion leader in the aesthetics industry. She continues to shape the future of aesthetic training, ensuring high standards of care and expertise in the use of laser and advanced aesthetic applications.

A licensed Naturopathic Physician with extensive advanced training in Medical Aesthetics, Dr. Wendy Penn has worked in healthcare in Phoenix for over 25 years. A long-time business owner, she is a graduate of Sonoran University of Health Sciences, Tempe, Arizona.

Dr. Penn’s passion is working with patients on reversing the signs of aging and improving skin conditions such as acne, melasma, rosacea, eczema and psoriasis. Her favorite modalities include all-natural filler alternative Glow Gel, other injectable treatments such as Botox and dermal fillers, laser resurfacing treatments and minor surgery. Empowering patients to look and feel their best brings Dr. Penn the most gratification.

Dr. Penn is acting Medical Director for several regional med-spas. She enjoys mentoring medical students and teaching her customized advanced injection courses.

Dr. Penn is an accomplished fused glass artist, loves gluten-free vegan baking, yoga, hiking and fast cars. Her two children, Kate and Will are the loves of her life.

Katie was born and raised in Ohio and decided to chase her long-time dream of living in the sunshine. She has always had a passion for caring for others, so she went to nursing school and graduated with her bachelor’s in nursing in 2013. To strive for more, she returned to school to receive her Master’s in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner degree in May 2020. During her years in her Masters’s program (2017-2020), Katie received the opportunity to shadow and work alongside highly trained and certified healthcare professionals in the medical aesthetic world, where she then found her calling!

Her passion is to not only help people feel good but look good as well! Outside of receiving her master’s degree, Katie has had multiple advanced aesthetic trainings and courses to allow her to be as knowledgeable and well-trained as possible to help her clients receive the results they are looking for.

Outside of her job as an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner, Katie enjoys spending time with friends and family, working out, hiking, and traveling! With her education, training, and over 8+ years of experience, Katie strives to help others feel good about themselves, as well as achieve and maintain the results they desire!

I’m Nurse Bek, a registered nurse and certified nurse injector. I’ve been a nurse for over four years and have always had a passion for beauty, health, and wellness. Now, I get to share that passion with you to help you look and feel your best.

Jamie was born and raised in Arizona! She has been in this industry since 2018 as a Licensed Esthetician and Certified Laser Technician receiving her education from Penrose Academy and SAA Laser Institute.

Jamie first found her way into the industry for her love of makeup but soon found her passion in corrective skin care. Jamie has expertise in performing a wide range of laser treatments, including Laser Hair Reduction, Laser Resurfacing, Tattoo Removal, IPL, RF Microneedling, Laser Toning, and CO2. She stays up to date with the latest advancements in laser technology and techniques, allowing her to provide comprehensive training for her students.

When Jamie is not seeing patients, she has passion for educating and loves teaching students at SAA Laser Institute in Radio Frequency, Laser Hair Reduction and Dermaplaning. In her free time, Jamie loves spending time with her husband, her 2 fur babies Maverick and Marty and hosting family events!

Desiree De La Fuente is a California native, but was raised here in the valley of the sun. She started her Cosmetic Laser career in 2016. Upon starting her career, Desiree was determined to work at the best physician only practice; where she became their first hired laser technician, which led the way for future laser technicians.

Desiree has worked alongside Naturopathic Doctors her entire career. She is a true believer in looking at the body as a whole. Working with doctors, ignited a new passion within Desiree, which led her to continue her education, graduating as a medical assistant. Her medical background has been successful in laser tattoo removal and scar revision, enabling her to advance in her career.She currently holds certifications in Medical Assisting, Laser Technician, and Laser Safety Officer. She holds an extensive background knowledge in different types of tattoo ink and how ink has developed over the decades. This has allowed Desiree the opportunity to become a true laser artist, customizing each of her successful removals.

Desiree comes from one of the top laser tattoo removal salons in the valley; where she was a lead laser provider and trainer. There she developed innovative, successful advancements, by combining laser tattoo removal and scar revision. Desiree has been featured on the news, and within news articles for giving others a second chance and fresh start with tattoo removal

Outside of training and helping her patients achieve successful results, Desiree enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 boys and 3 dogs. They all enjoy outdoor adventures!
